A 2016 Lovie award for ‘Best in Web’ in the Schools and Education category
ICMP underwent a complete brand refresh and, armed with a new logo and marketing collateral, we were tasked with redesigning the website and improving the online user journeys.
ICMP is located in London at the heart of the global music industry. They provide a range of courses for students and mentor them to reach their personal music goals and ambitions.
To communicate the brand’s new look and feel and deliver a more fluent user journey, we redesigned the website and gave the homepage a clean, simple look. We also produced dynamic video content to make the site more engaging. The course directory was very content-heavy and difficult to navigate. ICMP wanted to increase the number of enquiries on the website and enable users to find what they were looking for more efficiently, so we simplified the directory by creating a tabbed approach, enabling the ‘find a course’ function to be permanently visible. We also created sticky headers to help increase engagement on mobile and make it easier for students to apply for a course when on the move.
By using their new marketing collateral and photography and improving the functionality of key pages on both desktop and mobile devices, we were able to completely refresh the website and bring the new brand to life. The website is engaging, simple to use and reflects the brand’s core values. The website achieved Bronze winner status in The 6th Annual Lovie Awards in the Web: Schools & Education category.
