Transforming the house-buying process for Britain’s most innovative new custom housebuilder
Kevin McCloud setup HAB Housing in 2007, to build communities and deliver sustainable, beautiful, affordable homes. We were tasked with developing the creative and brand direction for this unique housing development company, as well as designing and building a fully responsive website reflecting HAB Housing’s unique values and offering.
After our initial insight stage and workshop, we established the route for the creative. HAB Housing hadn’t yet developed a strong brand and we set this as a priority. We also worked collaboratively to establish the ‘what’, ‘who’ and ‘why’ values for the website. The website differentiates HAB from more traditional housebuilders, with an emphasis on authentic imagery and a focus on lifestyle.
The use of real case studies from people who live in one of HAB’s developments brings to life the sense of community living. The website has a flexible CMS that allows the HAB team to build pages and add content and the team has control of the ‘look and feel’ of the site, ensuring there’s consistency across all media. We also built an integrated CRM tool that syncs all property and lead data, providing a more intuitive user experience.
The website has been designed to develop with the growth of HAB housing. With the addition of the CRM, HAB are leading the way in their sector by taking their marketing and sales process online and increasing operational efficencies for their organisation with further plans to roll this out for adoption by the selling agents. Compared to the same period as last year, we’ve seen an 87% increase in visitors to the site and organic search traffic is up by 75%
