Digital transformation for Tailored Living Solutions
Tailored Living Solutions (TLS) approached us to help them develop their online identity. As a bespoke property developer in London, TLS focus on design, innovation and technology and needed a new website that would reflect their brand values.
Our initial brand workshop with the team allowed us to get underneath the skin of the project and really understand what they wanted to achieve. We were also able to identify their USPs and develop a set of guidelines for the brand’s unique proposition and tone of voice.
The original TLS website was fairly basic, with limited visuals and content-heavy pages. Our aim was to make the site more user-friendly and to ensure a wide breadth of content that would appeal to the different audience groups (including consumers looking to buy a property and landowners and local authorities interested in working with TLS).
We developed the site using the Drupal platform and created a number of new features including: a dynamic homepage with scrolling content, an updated navigation bar, lifestyle-led copy around each development, new imagery and a new and improved team page so visitors can get to know the people behind the brand.
The key objective was to build a website that would simplify the customer journey and position TLS as a bespoke London developer. It was also important to demonstrate the team’s expertise in the sector and tell the brand’s story, highlighting the location of each development and lifestyle elements as well as the technology behind some of the new homes. The project has resulted in an improved user experience and a digital presence that successfully reflects the brand’s ethos.
