Building digital experiences for a London housebuilder
Joseph Homes is an innovative property development company focused on building homes in London. They had a number of new developments to promote and wanted to position their brand with a new look and feel. As their digital partner, we were tasked with developing their online presence and building a ‘microsite ecosystem’ which would connect all of the new developments and drive leads.
We hosted an initial discovery workshop to identify the company’s key goals and unique tone of voice. After the workshop, it was clear that the brand needed more than a collection of new websites; they needed a comprehensive digital strategy. We began by looking at what would become the central feature of the strategy; a new website for the main brand. This site would house key information about Joseph Homes and act as a hub, feeding into the individual development sites.
We established a modular Drupal site which included a mixture of content like product photography and the brand’s story. This modular site was a cost-effective route for the client as it can be reused and personalised to form a new site for each development.
We integrated social feeds for each site, linking them to the relevant channels and ensuring a consistent user journey across all platforms. Our social strategy included a combination of LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter, which were used to form partnerships with brands and influencers and showcase product and lifestyle.
