Social Media & Content Manager


Ferrier Pearce Creative Group is a Top 100 independent group of creative agencies providing communications and digital marketing solutions. We are seeking a full time Social Media and Content Manager to be based in our London office. Reporting to and working closely with our Strategic Director, you will join a team of strategic thinkers and makers and work as an integral part of the team, implementing social media campaigns and managing all online content requirements in CMS. You will work on internal, and on client projects across a range of sectors, including retail, property, and heritage. 

As we embark on our 25th year, we have entered an extremely exciting time of growth through new markets, and continued expansion. This role will be responsible for developing social media and digital content that supports overall company and brand initiatives working across channels to drive impactful and engaging digital marketing.


    •    Working alongside the Strategic Director to create effective social/digital strategies
    •    Drive awareness, advocacy, marketing, and storytelling around initiatives and 
          campaigns to engage target audience
    •    Hands on Community management 
          -  Scheduling/planning posts across all social channels and website
          -  Stimulating conversation and responding to socially raised queries
    •    Creation of social media assets
    •    Effectively partner with cross-functional teams in house as required
    •    Effectively partner with media partners, both existing and building new relationships
    •    A keen eye for spotting trends and reactive opportunities 
    •    Define and track KPIs across social media and digital content, as well as benchmark 
         competitors, tying key digital metrics back to core business objectives
    •    Presenting reports based on agreed KPI’s and  analytics analysis
    •    Attending client meetings as required


    •    Two years minimum of experience in social/digital marketing
    •    Experience of using Sprout Social, Crowdfire and Adobe Photoshop or equivalent
    •    Experience of CMS
    •    An understanding of social insights and client reporting
    •    Creative individual with an eye for detail 
    •    Outstanding written, verbal, and visual communication skills
    •    Collaborative, proactive and solutions orientated
    •    Initiative to drive change in a quickly evolving space
    •    Knowledge and focus on analytics and ROI
    •    Passionate about social media, digital media, content marketing and storytelling
    •    A self-starting attitude
